Besides the technical silvicultural activities, the organization has a set of management practices that must be carried out in order to achieve the socio-environmental and economic balance of the operations that effectively are conducted.

The models adopted by AMATA are described in the documents that are available for downloading here. They include management of the certification process, the social management system, the operational support systems — such as geo-processing and information technology — logistics and the company’s commercial operations.
